It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Sault Area Public Schools Transportation Department web site. We have provided you with information regarding the operation of the Transportation Department, as well as a list of all drivers, which can be accesssed by clicking the icon to the left of the screen. This way you will be able to identify your driver and be able to tell your child who that driver may be. You are also welcome to contact your driver through the Transportation Department at any time.
Our drivers are responsible for the safety of all of the children while they are being transported to and from school. They take this responsibility very seriously by upgrading their CDL license as necessary, and attending any Professional Development seminars offered. They have a difficult position in trying to maintain control over all of the behaviors on the bus, as well as bring your child home in a safe and timely manner. We would appreciate your support regarding the behavior expected of your child while they are being transported. I have also included a copy of the Bus Conduct Rules, which can be accessed by clicking the icon to the left of the screen.
